(1) Send us an e-mail at debblf@aol.com with the name of the piece(s), and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

(2) We can bill you through a secure paypal invoice (by e-mail).

(3) Or if you prefer, we also accept checks and money orders. If you wish to pay in this manner, please indicate that this is your preferred method of payment via an email; and we'll send you our mailing & order processing information.

Shipping: Please let us know your shipping preference and timing (next day FedEx is possible) and we'll get back to you with the estimated shipping charges. Cookie orders MUST be shipped via FedEx in order that your cookies arrive super fresh. :)

Privacy policy: We will not sell, trade, or otherwise divulge your personal information in any way. We consider your privacy essential in building a long-term relationship and we will not compromise your trust in using our services. :)

Billing: Billing occurs at the original time of purchase.

Exchange policy: If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, simply return the item(s) within 10 days and we offer an exchange for other store merchandise of equal value. Shipping charges are not refunded. Items must be returned in perfect, original condition (no stains, no odors, no pet hair, etc.).
